We suggest £10 per adult. Under 3s and carers go free.

Plenty of space next to our reception building, plus disabled bays.

All ground floor areas. The control room is up a flight of stairs.
Hot drinks
No café yet, but drinks are available for a small donation.
No photography inside
To protect our archive, cameras stay away inside the Wing Hangar.

We don’t charge for entry. The museum runs entirely on donations, so every visitor makes a real difference to keeping the doors open.

You can donate by card or cash at reception on the day, or online before you come.
What to expect
Our volunteer guides will show you round the Wing Hangar: engines, archive photographs and artefacts from nearly seventy years of Rolls-Royce testing at Hucknall, and the story of the people who did it.

Visiting with children
Children of all ages are welcome, and the RC flight simulator is always popular. In line with our safeguarding and health and safety policies, under 16s must be with a responsible adult at all times.
Photography is not allowed inside the Wing Hangar. This protects our archive and the privacy of other visitors. Personal photos are fine outside, as long as the neighbouring site to the south isn’t in the background.
